Easy Steps To Raise Financing on T-Net Capital Connector

Are you ready to raise financing on T-Net?
T-Net strongly recommends that technology companies and entrepreneurs in
earlier stages of development take the time to thoroughly review Tech
Financing Clinic and refer to the services of a business advisory
specialist if needed before creating a business plan summary and
distributing this to investors in Capital Connector. This will ensure a
high quality application and maximize your chances for success.

Investment matching is the first step in
the process of raising capital in T-Net Capital Connector. Investment
Matching allows you to enter information on your company's sector, stage
of development, amount of capital sought, and the purpose of the funds
being raised, to determine the number of investors in our network
potentially interested in your investment opportunity. T-Net will
specify the number of qualified investors matched in your search once
you submit your information.

Once you have successfully matched with
one or more investors in our network and wish to proceed, you will be
asked to pay a nominal business plan summary "referral fee" of $250.00
(plus HST). Once we have received your payment (by cheque or credit
card), you will be provided the names of the matched T-Net Network
Investor(s) and will be able to distribute your completed business plan
summary directly to investors of your choice.
T-Net's Business Plan Summary development
process allows you to quickly and easily create an online Business Plan
Summary in a standardized format that investors will require to assess
your opportunity.
This can be cut and pasted from your
existing business plan, or created easily on the fly. Your Business Plan
Summary can be completed in one or many sessions. You may begin creating
your
Business Plan Summary
as soon as we receive your
Business Plan Summary
referral fee.
Your completed Business Plan Summary is
electronically distributed to the password protected administration
screens of qualified investors matching your criteria and who you agree
to submit your information to. T-Net Capital Connector is restricted to
qualified investors only and your
Business Plan Summary
notification is only distributed to
investors who you have personally selected and agreed to let see your
information.
Once you have distributed your business plan summary,
investors matching your criteria will be notified by email that your
investment opportunity has been added to their portfolio. Investors will
then review your opportunity and if interested, send you an email
containing their contact information, investment profile, comments and
suggestions regarding your business opportunity, and a request for
further contact information or contact with you. You have the final
decision on which investors you wish to follow up with and how you wish
to initiate contact.
T-Net will track the status of investor responses to your
investment opportunity in your online password protected investor
tracking screen.
You will be able to track which specific investors are
interested in your opportunity and make further modifications to your
business plan summary or current deal status throughout the capital
raising process.
You may further notify investors of any significant
changes to the deal you are offering at any time. Investors can choose
to initiate contact with your company (by sending their online profile
and contact information to you by email), or if not interested, pass on
comments and suggestions for your review in your online administration
screen.
